Why Get Low Mortgage Rate Investment Property Loans

When I was about to start my business , a family emergency made me use part of the money I have saved up for my business. I thought I wont be able to start my business until I can raise enough capital again to keep it going. My brother told me I dont have to wait , I can apply for a low mortage rate invesment property loan. He said that they don’t ask for many requirements and the loan processing is fast. Three years after , I have two more branches and if not for the investment property loan that I availed before my business would’nt be this successful.
