What is a Private Mortgage Lender

Private mortgage lenderwas able to lend me the money that I needed to be able to save my property to be foreclosed. You see, I am having a hard time in managing my affairs with regards to financial aspects simply because of the fact that I really have little cash at hand. This might be due to the large expenses that I need to shoulder as well as the poor cash flow that I am obtaining from my employment. As for now, I still do not know how to address this problem in the long run but then I need to be contented that my difficulty for the moment has been addressed by the Private Mortgage Lender.
