Want a Quick Investment Fix? Think of Index Funds.

Let’s say you have a good feeling about a particlar part of the world, industrial sector or market capitalization/investment style. While there is surely a bunch of different active funds from which you can choose, finding one that that makes the most sense to you might be a daunting if not impossible task. One way to avoid having to wait for that opportunity to have come and gone is to invest in Index funds that follow the index or indices that your optimal fund or funds would be following. After all, since the active, optimal funds would be trying to match or beat the index, why pay for anything more?
